This site was created to warn potential customers of KITCHEN LIGHTS by Michael J. Dove about their deceptive advertising. I have tried to get Michael J Dove to finish the lights his company installed in my kitchen without an acceptable response from him other than his hiding behind the small print on the contract. We paid KLBMJD about $2000 for remodeling the kitchen lights and to install some other light fixtures. The lights were installed, one doesn't work, but the lights were left without the finishing trim installed, we have a gaping hole where the AC vent used to be, the ceiling and molding is not finished, please take a look a the pictures on the site and then look at his web site, Nowhere in there does he tell potential customers that he will not paint the ceiling or finish the job. The glossy flier is also missleading, he claims he doesn't have a painter in his crew but doesn't disclose that upfront. The worst part is having Todd, the main contact for this bait-and-switch company tell me, after i called the company to inquire "when are you guys coming to finish the job?" that they are done and they are not coming back, otherwise he could come over and "make me read the contract" at 7 am the next morning.
